This shot was taken last Thursday, a very weird morning at Yanchep Lagoon. At one point the Lagoon became almost empty but by the time I had grabbed the camera the sea had rushed back in & was left with a whirlpool. It was a bit like swimming in a washing machine & after being dumped a couple of times, I just stayed on the beach.

I've never seen a whirlpool at a beach before. Nice shot.
No sharks today, just big shoals of fish about the size of sardines.
