Eggs Benedict is an American breakfast dish that consists of two halves of an English muffin, topped with ham or bacon, poached eggs, and Hollandaise sauce. These were eaten in Western Australia on Friday at Full Flava. Came with blanched spinach & bacon, eggs just right. Very Tasty. $16
Then I had this....
eaten today at Neptunes at Two Rocks (I did ask for the sourdough to be put on the side) It came with skinny ham & the eggs were just right but I would rather have had wilted spinach. The Hollandaise sauce was not as tasty. $16.50
